Team Manager Resources
Welcome to the 2025-2026 Season!
As we are all getting ready for the upcoming season, here are some updates to remember.
The 2025-2026 Team Manager Contact Spreadsheet has officially begun to circulate
If you are a team manager, please look for that from your club staff/representatives. Please get your information filled in with your most update and accessible information. This is designed as a way for all the Team Managers to contact each other directly with questions about games and important information that needs to be shared between teams playing.
We again will continue to use GameSheet going into next season.
For those club staff/volunteers that will be new to using GameSheet this season all the GameSheet Training links are still posted to the right. These links include a quick start guide for coaches and team managers as well as a quick start guide for scoring a game and other training videos and articles. Goes through everything you will need to know from start (creating an account) to finish (completing a game).
All games will continue to be on our GameCenter section of website. For the upcoming season, we still will no longer post games to the CBHL site.
Here is a link to GameCenter. https://www.cbhl.org/gamecenter
GameSheet team access codes will be sent out closer to start of the season.
New for the upcoming season - Volunteers for new GameSheet team management app. We are looking for teams to volunteer to test out GameSheet’s new team app. It is pretty much like TeamSnap…but it integrates more into the GameSheet ecosystem. No charge to anyone. But we’d like a feedback report at the end of the season. We would like a couple of teams who might be interested. Can be any age group and level (10U and older). More info on this system is here: https://gamesheetinc.com/teams/
Just as a reminder, if you want to use GameSheet for exhibition games/non-league games there will be an additional fee per club per team. This has to be all all club determination or none. If you do not want to pay the fee to use GameSheet for those games, then a paper scoresheet will be needed.
In the links to the right, you will also find a Game Management Fact Sheet. This is a summary of some game day reminders. It includes information on off-ice help, period lengths, penalty lengths, running clock rule, and ten-goal rule. For full rules make sure you go to the CBHL Rules.
For those that will be Scorekeeping for your games, a GameSheet Scratch Pad sheet is linked to the right for your use if you choose. This is just something to help jot notes on to help alleviate any mistyped entries during the game.
As of this time, 8U Half-Ice will continue to have stickers and paper scoresheets. You can download and print the Half-Ice Score Sheet as well as get the template for stickers from the links to the right of this page. The scoresheet has all the details on filling out and submission directly on it.
Please email the scoresheets to me no later than Tuesday after your game.
Thank you for volunteering to be your team's manager. It is by far one of the hardest roles on the team. You are a valuable asset and we thank you.
