Team Manager Guidelines

New electronic scoring coming for the 2022-2023 season via GameSheet.

CBHL is excited for this change, no more paper scoresheets league wide for for 10U-18U youth and girls.

GameSheet Training links are posted to the right. These links include a quick start guide for coaches and team managers as well as a quick start guide for scoring a game and other training videos and articles. Goes through everything you will need to know from start (creating an account) to finish (completing a game). These links have also been sent to all the league clubs CBHL Representatives/Directors for distribution to club Team Managers. Feel free to copy these links and pass them on as needed for anyone who will be responsible for scorekeeping during games.

GameSheet will also provide weekly live GameSheet training for anyone interested. These trainings will be every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 8:00pm from August 1st through the last week in November. Mondays with be specifically for Coaches and Team Managers, Tuesdays will be for Scorekeeper Training, and Wednesdays specifically for League Administrators. More information in the link to the right.

We also have a few volunteers that have graciously stepped up to be the GameSheet informational leads for each age group. Please contact the GameSheet guru for your age group if you have any questions. With their permission, they are listed below with contact information. Don't hesitate to contact them if needed.

GameSheet Information Age Group Leads:

10U: Eva Hunnius - evalouise@hotmail.com

12U: Chris Swader - chris.swader@yahoo.com

14U: Alyssa Manninen - amanninen3@gmail.com

14U: Jennifer Levasseur - jklevasseur@gmail.com

16U: Shayna Walsh - slampe@gmail.com

18U: Lesley Caldecott - caldicott@gmail.com

Girls: Shannon Delauney - shannon.delauney76@gmail.com

A big thank you to these volunteers for taking on this task and helping us with our first season using electronic score keeping.

In the links to the right, you will also find a Game Management Fact Sheet. This is a summary of some game day reminders. It includes information on off-ice help, period lengths, penalty lengths, running clock rule, and ten-goal rule. For full rules make sure you go to the 2022 CBHL Rules and Regulations Book. Just as an fyi, an exhibition game and non-league game are the same thing. You do not have to use GameSheet for a exhibition/non-league game. If you want to, you will just need to add your game into GameSheet as an exhibition game.

The 2022-2023 Team Manager Contact Spreadsheet has now also been circulating. Look for that from your club Representatives/Directors. Please get your information filled in. This is designed as a way for all the Team Managers to contact each other directly with questions about games and important information that needs to be shared between teams playing.

8U Half-Ice will continue to have stickers and paper scoresheets. You can download and print the Half-Ice Score Sheet as well as get the template for stickers from the links to the right of this page.

Thank you for volunteering to be your team's manager. It is by far one of the hardest roles on the team. You are a valuable asset and we thank you.
